What this site is
Blitzorionid publishes independent written guides about improving at casual puzzle games. It is commentary and instruction produced by a player. It is not operated by, licensed by or connected to any studio, and it is not a support channel for any game.
What is sold here, and what is not
- One item is offered: a PDF manual written by the publisher, described on the manual page.
- No in-game currency, lives, boosters or accounts are traded in either direction.
- No files, modified clients or private servers are hosted or linked from any page.
- No competition, prize or giveaway is run from this site.
- No advertising and no affiliate links appear anywhere.
- No payment is processed on the site; no page here takes a card number.
Order terms
Who sells it. An individual, Charlotte Walker of Christchurch, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no NZBN and no GST registration, so no GST invoice is issued; a plain receipt is available on request. The price shown is the total in New Zealand dollars.
How an order is made. The form is a request and charges you nothing. A contract is formed only once I have confirmed the order by email and you have paid by transfer. Payment is arranged over email; this site never handles it.
Delivery. The file is emailed to the address given on the form within two business days of the payment clearing. If it does not arrive, write and it is resent at no charge.
Faults and refunds. Where the file is undelivered, unopenable, or not what the manual page describes, the choice between repair, replacement and refund is yours. This sits alongside the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot lawfully be excluded for a consumer purchase. As a digital file delivered on payment there is no automatic change-of-mind right; an order cancelled before the file is sent is cancelled in full with nothing charged.
Accuracy
Guides are written from playing the games and are accurate so far as I can establish on the date shown on each page. Studios change these games without notice, so a described behaviour may cease to be true at any time. Material is provided as is, without warranty of completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose. Advice about improvement is exactly that; nothing here guarantees a result.
Reuse of the material
The writing, the layout and the site's own graphics belong to the publisher. A reasonable extract may be quoted for review, criticism, teaching or news reporting where Blitzorionid is credited and the page is linked. Republication of whole guides, or their ingestion into a service that reproduces them, requires written permission beforehand.
Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and appear here for identification and commentary. This site licenses none of them to you.
Links to other sites
Outbound links go to official store listings and occasionally to other publishers. Those sites are outside my control and I accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability. A link indicates relevance at the time it was added and nothing more.
Liability
Use of this site is at your own risk. To the extent the law permits, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on a guide, from a game behaving differently than described, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here excludes or limits a right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
The forms are for messages about this site. Bulk mail, malicious content, link-buying offers and advertising proposals are deleted unanswered. Attempts to disrupt the site or its hosting are not permitted and will be reported to the provider concerned.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. Revisions are published on this page with a new date, and continued use of the site after that date means the revised version applies.
