Who writes it
My name is Charlotte Walker and I live in central Christchurch. I started writing this after noticing that every guide to these games explains individual mechanics and none of them explains how to get better at using them, which is a different problem and the one most players actually have. I have no connection to any of the studios named here.
Things worth telling me
- A claim on this site that did not hold up when you tried it. This is the most useful message I can receive.
- A guide that has aged out because the game changed.
- Unclear writing, a dead link, or a page that renders badly on a phone.
- Anything in the privacy, cookie or terms pages that needs explaining or fixing.
Things I cannot do
- Supply lives, coins or boosters. None of that exists on this side of the screen.
- Recover, transfer or unban a game account. Only the studio can do that.
- Arrange a refund, which is a matter for Google Play or the App Store.
- Take advertising, sponsored content or paid links. There is none here and there will not be.

Replies normally go out within a business day. If answering properly means running a drill a few dozen times to check a claim, it takes longer, and I will say so instead of guessing.
